The low-noise 1/2.8" 8.29MP CMOS sensor ensures a high signal-to-noise ratio, while the advanced 2D/3D noise-reduction technology further reduces image noise, so an even sharper image is delivered in low light. This model also features image stabilization to keep your visuals steady. The RJ45 Ethernet port allows you to control and configure the camera via IP, and it also allows simultaneous dual streaming via IP for a live Internet stream. You can also output the video via USB with UVC support, making it easy to interface with a computer to send video and audio to a streaming or recording application. There is also an audio line input on the back to input stereo audio into your streams and video output, and a microSD card slot allows you to record locally right in the camera.
The pan/tilt/zoom mechanism uses quiet, smooth movements, controllable using the included IR remote controller, ONVIF and VISCA-over-IP control, or the RS-232 input/outputs that support VISCA, Pelco-D, and Pelco-P protocols for use with a separately available controller. You can store up to 255 preset positions using an optional serial controller, or store six presets when using the included IR remote. You can power the camera using a networked PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) switch or the included power adapter.

This Bolin Blue Line PTZ camera is equipped with a 1/2.8" 8.29MP CMOS sensor to provide high-quality images in up to UHD 4K60 resolutions with 20x optical zoom.
Video Output
All Blue Line PTZ cameras deliver IP streaming video to the network with local HDMI 2.0 video and USB-C 3.0 streaming to computer software for conventional video production and cloud-based video conferencing applications.
Video Settings
Image parameter adjustments include exposure, focus, iris, shutter speed, white balance, gamma, wide dynamic range, E-flip/mirror, and more, with configurable video settings.
Smart Focus and Exposure
The camera is built with Bolin's latest AI-powered face analytical engine, which enables precise smart focus and smart exposure to bring a greater level of user experience and effective image quality improvement in a complex user environment.
Audio
HDMI, USB, 3G-SDI, and IP video streaming signals have high-quality audio streaming embedded with support for mic-in / line-in audio inputs.
PTZ Movement
Extremely quiet and smooth operation for pan/tilt movements combined with enhanced adaptive, variable, and super slow speed control provides accurate and effective operation experiences. Picture Profile Preset: Image parameter settings restored with presets and quick access operation.
Remote Control and Setup
Bolin's Blue Line PTZ cameras support serial RS-232/RS-422 control and VISCA-over-IP control over a network. Remotely control pan, tilt, and zoom movements with full access to the camera's image parameter settings via a keyboard controller or IR controller.
Additional Features
This model includes features such as mirror/flip, defog, a microSD card slot for program recording, and image stabilization for steady video capture.
Ease of Installation and Use
Use optional Bolin mounting accessories and connect one network cable with a PoE-enabled Ethernet network/PoE device, or use the included RJ45 port cable adapter for serial control to make the installation easy.
Always Up to Date
Free and easy firmware updates are available via the IP interface to keep camera features and performance up to date, even for customized function upgrades.
