Many FM transmitters in the 150 W to 6 kW class use an inexpensive analog exciter that may even be an external unit. For VX Series not only did Nautel engineers integrate the exciter, but they also implemented a true direct-to-channel digital exciter to achieve class-leading performance. That means crystal clear audio and outstanding value! VX Series FM Transmitters with their built-in RDS generator, GPS input, powerful presets, and -90 dB SNR, make for powerful and extremely cost-effective exciters.

Designed for easy serviceability, VX transmitters offer fingertip access to hot-swappable, titanium-grade power supplies with 96% efficiency, along with quick RF pallet access and front-access washable filters and fans. The solderless, 65V ruggedized LDMOS PA pallets are replaceable, further simplifying maintenance. With a clean layout and a 20” depth, these transmitters maximize space efficiency, enabling quick and effortless upkeep.
