Overview
Telos VSet 6 Telephone
With decades of experience designing broadcast phone systems, it’s no wonder broadcasters agree that Telos Systems makes the industry’s most powerful, intuitive and flexible system controllers, known as Telos VSets. The VSet family includes the VSet6, a 6-line phone, and the VSet12, a 12-line model. Both VSet phones have flexible power options including PoE (Power over Ethernet) from a Telos-approved switch, Telos Alliance xSwitch, or Axia console engine, or by using an in-line power injector.
Advanced Control
We've worked hard to make sure that your VSet is able to be controlled quickly and efficiently as part of your studio work flow. Whether that means controlling from a desktop module or a drop-in to your non-Axia console, we've got you covered. Be sure to check out the In Console and Desktop Call Controllers on the In Depth tab for more information.

In Depth
With decades of experience designing broadcast phone systems, it’s no wonder broadcasters agree that Telos makes the industry’s most powerful, intuitive system controllers, known as VSet. The VSet family includes the VSet6, a 6-line, and the VSet12, a 12-line call controller. Both VSet phones have flexible power options including PoE (Power over Ethernet) from a Telos-approved switch, Telos Alliance xSwitch, or Axia console engine, or by using an in-line power injector.
VSet6 is a six-line phone controller for VX systems. Like the VSet12, it has a bright, attractive LCD color display with Status Symbols that feed talent instant information about line and caller status and controls that enable talent to step through queued calls, busy incoming lines, lock calls on-air, activate the dump button on a profanity delay, and more.
The LCD displays deliver detailed line status, caller information, caller ID, total time of call, time ringing-in or on-hold, and even comments entered in compatible screening software applications.
Each VSet phone has it’s own web server that allows for backing up the configuration, software upgrades, and screenshots. Flexible power options include PoE (Power over Ethernet) from a Telos-approved switch, Telos Alliance xSwitch, or Axia console engine, or by using an in-line power injector.
